A set of cookware that has recieved 'the seal'?

I am looking for a set of cookware that has recieved "the seal".

We are a family of 3 and our pots and pans are old and falling apart. I want a set that will stand the test of time and "real" cooking. I'm looking at a set of Emeril's to buy but want some advice.

Definitely go with Emerils.
I have a friend who is a chef and he has these pots and pans in his kitchen. If that doesn't say something, I do not know what does.
