Edamame (soy beans)?

I love edamame in my favorite japanese restraunt, but we don’t go there often. Can I make it myself easily? Do you think i can reproduce it in my own home, if so how? Will my local groccery store most likely have it? Do i buy it frozen? How do i cook it?

I wish I could make it around the house. It tastes great, is great for snacking, and is really healthy!

they come both precooked and fresh in the frozen veggie section. They are easy to make even fresh as you just boil them in water. VERY EASY.

You also see them fresh sometimes. Trader Joe’s has them all 3 ways.

Flavor of the week: soybeans

Eating soybeans will reduce some of the guilt of Thanksgiving gluttony.
