Mexican Cooking – Easy to Cook Foods from Mexico

Mexico has many Easter customs. Most of these customs derived from Spain. Using these vary in different regions and urban centers. Catholics were forbidden to consume meat bloody on certain days during Lent, so meals that exclude be consumed by these times. Dishes the fish are well known to be involved. The Nopal is also a favorite food consumed in the course of this opportunity.
