What is a recipe for oven baked pork roast?

I bought a 9 lbs leg roast pork picnic the other day and I want a recipe to cook. Are large to fit in my slow cooker so I have a recipe for an oven roast. I want something I can use in the marinade injected, because I thought an injector and I want to try it out. Can anyone help me?

you could try a nice blend of rosemary, finely chopped rosemary bit, with a little garlic and some good fruity olive oil …… or just use the recipe below. Stand 15 minutes to rest. Spread over fruit and apple roasting pan. Increase the oven to 220 ° C. Roast a further 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the vegetables and apple in a bowl. Pour excess fat from the roasting pan and let 2 tablespoons. Place the pan over medium heat. Add brandy and stir to scrape sediment at the base of the pan. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in stock. Return pan to heat. Cook, stirring, until gravy comes to a boil. Slice pork and serve with apples, vegetables and gravy.
