How to cook Tilapia?
Any good recipes, easy to make Tilapia Fish Fillets? Bought some fresh at the supermarket, not sure how to prepare.
We eat it often.
1) Oven roasted, lightly coat it in Olive Oil, season as you like. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 10-15 mintues.
OR
2) Place in a Foil sheet(pre-oiled, I use spray Olive oil or Butter) add veggies, thinly sliced onion, bell pepers, even thinly squash. Season, Spray again all over veggies & fish. Roll foil to make a sealed packet. Bake 350 for 20 mintues, or until veggies are done.
