Cooking Tilapia Fillets

I have tilapia fillets to cook …?
How do I cook them. My parents went on a diet, so we can not red meat or bread. baisically all white meat, vegtables and fruits … any ideas?
I like tilapia two ways: 1) Steam: Place a layer of tofu on the bottom of a dish that fit in your steamer. Lay the tilapia fillets on top. Season with salt, pepper, minced ginger, chopped garlic, chopped spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil. Steam for about 20 minutes and eat with some steamed rice. 2) Pan fry: Mix some bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, basil and oregano together. Dip the fish in the mixture and ensure a uniform coating. Pan container. For a nice sauce, take along some mayonnaise, ground cumin and freshly ground pepper and a dash of lemon juice and mix.
Rosh Hashanah, Mediterranean style, the various ingredients and the variety of fresh flavors offer so many possibilities for creativity.
