1. Fried Fish

If you are an amateur, ensure that the butter is very hot, but not burning hot. Also, ensure that you have completely coated the fish with batter. 3. Baked Fish

Simply place the marinated fish into the pre-heated oven for a short while. You might have to check the fish from time to time in order to avoid overcooking.
