I went to various jewish deli like State Deli and they have cows tongue sandwiches and pastrami sandwiches. At the supermarket they sell cows tongue whole unsliced and it says “slice n serve”. It cost about 25 dollars for a pound and a half How do I cook it? What kind of bread do i need?
